A Busy Weekend

We started out our weekend at a birthday party for one of Kade's little buds, Everen ,who turned two. Kade had a great time playing with his friends and eating ice cream cake! We then took off to Calgary to visit Nana and Papa over the weekend.

Here's Papa and Ivy...We went to A&W for breakfast and Kade completely enjoyed his homestyle egger...
We then went over to Erin and Sheldon's house to play and visit on Sunday before we left. Kade was amazed with all the girl toys, he loved the Polly Pockets. Little does he know that these are going to be underfoot in OUR house in about 3 years! Even Ivy had a great time, she tried out Jax's OCean Wonders Swing, and ws very happy in that. She also tried out his super bouncy chair and was very content to watch all the sights.
And of course, our new stroller which Karami was kind enough to go and buy for us in Calgary. The kids absolutely love it, and most important, so do mom and dad! We've been out trucking around in it already. And we found out you can fit a good 4 bags of groceries in it as well! (or more if we really tried) We walked to Sobeys and grabbed some groceries, put them in the storage bags on the back and away we went!
