Alright, let's put all our minds together. Can anyone tell me what this tree (the original one from the front yard) is? They moved it into the back (we got a free tree for the back I guess) , and they told me a white ash. Well, it doesn't look like any of the pics of white ash on the net that I can see.

My controversial clematis. Mike thinks its "cheating" to buy one with buds at Rona a week ago. I say, dammit, I want to see some flowers this summer! (and it was lonely and sad and dried out and 5 bucks on clearance...it needed a home). Plus, I still nurtured it to bloom....right? The flowers are amazing, I can't wait till next year....
My first Lupine. It promptly died after it bloomed. WTH? There's more blooming in the next few days, so I am going to see what those do....
And my first Calla Lily, a beautiful pale yellow with a black interior. I LOVE these. I will be planting many many more next year. I can't wait for the rest to bloom.
I am really liking this new hobby of gardening, I am sure I will be posting new pics as the flowers start blooming and drive you all crazy with them.

They murdered it....I found one sad branch left on my front lawn....
