Stealthy Creeping Baby

So I thought I was losing my mind.(oh, there's a few brain cells yet). I SWORE that I would put Ivy away from Kade's toys, go into the kitchen, do stuff, come back and she has a car in her mouth! Kade is really good at keeping his toys away and he KNOWS inside and out, that his cars are never for Ivy. He will take them away if she gets ahold of them. So, I was thinking WTH?

So I figured she must be creeping somehow, but I never see her do it. I figured I would take before and after pics to help me figure out if I was losing my mind or not. And I'm NOT losing it, all you disbelievers. It's still there. My mind, that is.

So here was 6:45... (I even looked at the timer on the camera!)

I still don't get how she does it. She wiggles around and leans forward and shifts and...who knows. I watched her do it and I have no idea. But now I have to start babyproofing things. Kade's toys are going to have to go up, doors are going to have to be closed (perhaps I will start with the basement one LOL!)

BAH to mobility I say. Why can she be a slug like Kade was, he didn't crawl till over 8 months. Sigh. I can't believe tho she's 7 months today. Where did the time go?

So Mike reads the above blog and says " OH yah, I was watching her yesterday and she was doing that. You should start closing the basement door for sure."

And he was going to tell me when exactly? When she fell down the steps? MEN!
