Nature Center

We had a lovely day today at the Nature Center, marred only by Ivy being in really, really bad mood! My little sunshine was not so shiny today, and had quite the teething meltdown in the center. She settled down once we went outside, so I don't know what it was, but wow, she was up-set! Kade was very happy to see Regan and Kaeli, he hadn't seen them in a while.

So here's the only picture of Ivy, quasi-smiling. Pre-meltdown. She had a nice nap in the wrap once we got outside, but just wouldn't settle inside. Too hot or something.
Kade was really brave and went thru a dark little tunnel behind the walls they had there, this was really outside the box for him to do, he won't even look at them usually, nevemind explore them. But he loved it once he started. And now for tons of pictures that I took today, it was SO beautiful out there, and my camera behaved for the most part so I have a lot of great pictures. Darn sun was streaking through a few of the pics unfortunately... that's my lack of camera talent.

So we had a picnic lunch, walked a short trail, then the kids played by the pond outside of the center.
