So this is what we woke up to today...for those of you in Calgary I think this is the snow they are predicting for you.....

We started out our day with blueberry waffles, whipped cream and fresh strawberries, Kade was in heaven!
Then we were motivated to attack the basement, I have been slowly sorting it, but with 2 kids attached its hard to get anything done. So when Ivy napped, Kade played on the side that we laid some carpet on and set up their toys and we got to work. We have BAGS of Salvation Army donations, BAGS of recycling and TONS of Eco-station stuff to drop off. Created a lot of work after the fact. But the basement looks great, we have everything packed up and under the stairs for storage that needs to be stored, Wyatt's stuff piled in one corner (yay that's gone soon!) As soon as he takes his stuff and we lug out the donations, we have it ready to be framed etc if we can start this winter. We also set up Kade's mates bed that has been sitting in the basement for months now, we just hadn't remembered to take down his old one and put this one together. So thanks to Nana and Papa for it, its look great and the drawers are already accumulating toys and books! I love these beds. Kade settled right in, he was so excited that now he has a place for his sippy cup at night, he can just reach it for a drink.
Tomorrow we have our photo session which I am really looking forward to. we can't wait!
