So let me start out by saying that my camera just did not capture the true colors. The carpet looks darker than it is, the walls look yellowish in some pictures (no yellow tint at all). It all looks so gorgeous together but you have to see it in person to get the real idea. And you can't see how the textured berber looks either, it's awesome with the pattern. After all the debate about the carpet we were glad to see that it looks fantastic, I have carpet envy. The baseboards/trim are not white, they are a few shades lighter than his wall paint, so they are the same color family.

Standing in the living room looking into the kitchen... that Roman column looks so great!

The kitchen (that backsplash looks fantastic)

Upstairs, looking from beside the master, towards the two spare rooms. The door looks great, and its a really neat idea. So the bath is to the right and the linen closet on the left.
The aforementioned bath and linen closet..

The upstairs laundry, the washer arrived damaged so the dryer is just sitting there, they are a stacking unit. That's just at the top of the stairs, you can see the stairs on the right there. Dad and Wyatt moved the linen closet and housed the washer/dryer upstairs in its old location.
One of the spare rooms, they are mirror images pretty much. But the colors just aren't right, it doesn't look like it really does. It looks yellow and brown, but Wyatt didn't actually go with golden tones in the house. So my camera sucks.
From the landing looking down on the main bathroom tucked away.
So good job to Dad and Wyatt, they literally designed this house, I kid you not. It barely resembles any of the builders floor plans. I also wanted add that I am really impressed with the quality of the work, we had more problems with our house, yet it wasn't during this insanely busy building boom.(not that we had major problems)Even Mike was impressed with the good work Encore Builders did. (and that takes a miracle.) I guess there's a big benefit to using a small but well established builder.I keep telling Wyatt that if we ever build again we'll come live with him while waiting. HA!!! he didn't think it was as funny as I thought it was. I had a good snort.
