The Telus Party

Well last night was the big party and we had a really great time! It was really nice to get out as an almost whole family (Karami, Trev, one of you needs to go work at Telus already!) and the food was great. It was a really nice set up at the Shaw Conference and over 800 people attended.


Our table, Mom won the table prize of a 100 bucks Best Buy card and then my brother won an XBox 360 with 3 games the lucky devil! I am too jealous for words. Telus gives out some GOOD prizes, let me tell you. I can't wait for next year!

And the loser that I am, I had to take a picture of the Telus cheesecake! How great is that! (and really yummy)

And the snowman centerpiece that Papa got for Kade, he loves it of course, and its a really nice momento from the party. It lights up and is so pretty.

Thanks again to Brandy who babysat, I know it must have been hard with Ivy up so much for you....I owe you bigtime!

Ivy didn't get to sleep until 1 last night and was up at 7, and really tired this morning of course. Kade woke up so unhappy and sad and went down for a nap this afternoon. Sure enough, he woke up with a 101 fever, all stuffed up and talking like his throat has something in it. He's laying on the couch watching a movie as we speak, poor boy. So now the rest of the week is going to be recuperating for Christmas. At least this year we have time to get better, he was sick on Christmas last year which sucked SO bad. And I have all my shopping done, so we can just relax and take it easy. Oh, I lied I have all the shopping for our adopted family for Christmas, whoops....the kids want HMV certificates for Christmas and then we have to go to Superstore (shudder) and load up on food for them as well. Is there even an HMV in this end of town?

I can't wait for Christmas!!!I can't wait for a healthy household too LOL!
