Ivy coloring this afternoon...

Kade and I painted letters for his door this past weekend, he was extremely excited! Little does he know how exciting it is later on too, I myself know how frustrating it is as a kid, to not be able to find anything with your name on it. (and I still can't LOL!) So part of me making this is my own wish that I had my own personalized stuff as a child.

And a couple pics of my boy, oh, is his hair gorgeous...I just can't get over how nice it is longer, so soft and curly. I drive him insane by playing with it all the time, poor kid. The girls in school are going to drive him nuts, I can see it happening already, he has that kind of hair that you just want to touch.

Oh they are funny with the doll, this diaper change was some serious business!
Today we baked Easter bread, I forgot how much work it is! Kade was fascinated by the yeast that bubbled up in the up
Some of the end results...a few more years practice will make perfect.
On Tuesday we went to Rutherford indoor gym and played there, what a lot of fun! Another thing I wish we had discovered earlier on in the winter, huge gym and you pull out the toys you want to play with (there isn't enough time to even get all the toys out there are so many) and then pack them away when times up. We snuck over to the pre-schoool within the school and talked with the teacher a while. Its on my short list of places that Kade might go this fall.
Nice grouch face!

Other than that, I work tomorrow cause Telus pays me quite nicely to work the stats, and Mike is home with the kidlets. Ivy smashed her forehead before bed tonight on the corner of the wall, its just looks awful, poor baby. Saturday Wyatt is coming over for Easter dinner, then Sunday is Easter and of course there will be pictures. I remember the dress I put Ivy in last year and all the Easter pics, where on earth did that year go? Wow.
Have a good Easter weekend all!
