Yes, We Are THOSE Neighbors

Yes, we are the first in the neighborhood to put up our seasonal decorations. We actually bought our lawn decoration last weekend and made Kade wait until this one because even that was too early for us. But really, now the entire neighborhood can join in and not feel weird. It was funny tho, I was transplanting my dogwood bushes to the side of the house and was talking to my neighbor and told her we would be putting out the decor. She laughed and said "Yes, and you were the first for Christmas last year too, weren't you?" I guess I could be known for worse things....

Um, SO CUTE, my little dress up boy. We have all the old costumes out to play with. Oh, the house decorations were done last week, no one sees those but us so we can be as weird as we want.

And Ivy, who already has a fixation with mirrors.... yemme see yemme seeeee!!! whenever she dresses up. And here's Jack, the newest member of our family. Kade picked him out at Walmart and has been begging us to put him up. He pops in and out of the tombstone and is about 6 feet tall.
But he is not sure if he is scared of it or not, so mom gets to stand with Kade and pose. Kade's standing pretty close to mom's leg! He has this love/hate obsession with our decorations that blow up.
When Kade was outside watching Mike tho, he turned to me and said "Yes, the vampire will pop up and then grab you, then drag you into the stone with him" which made my jaw hit the ground with surprise.

I in turn, rounded on Mike and asked him WTH he's been letting Kade watch on TV! His imagination can't be that good!
