So yes, we made ice cream with the kids. Mike bought me this soft serve maker about 6 years ago and I had never used it OL. However, it made GREAT soft serve, worked out perfectly, and this summer we will have a Sundae party with fixin's and mixin's.
It was a lot of fun, the kids got to mix the ingredients and then its easy enough to pour that they could do it themselves, just slightly supervised ;)
Kade was SO anxious he leapt over the table for his turn! Look at him, cone in hand scampering over the table LOL!

omg, you have a softserve ice cream maker?! i am so jealous, i have been wanting one for ages...now i'm extra bummed that we couldn't make it!
