Calgary Zoo 2009

We took the kids and their cousin to the zoo, we were really excited to go and see the koala's, Kade did a project on them in class this last year, so he was stoked to see them in real life for the first time.

So we picked up cousin Deklen and headed to McD's to have some pancakes and waste half an hour till it was time to meet Auntie Kandice and the kids at the zoo. Poor Deklen only got his puffs to snack on.

Smelling koala poop, which smells like a delicious tea, I kid you not. I guess when all you eat is Eucalyptus leaves, it comes out smelling pretty good!
