Kade had a wonderful surprise on Friday, Nana and Papa drove up to Edmonton for some business and stopped by to visit and show us Papa's new beater. Kade even went around the block for a ride, unlike most of Papa's cars, this one actually has a backseat! He thought that was the greatest thing ever riding in Papa's corvette. (he was insisting it was a yellow corvette, but has started calling it a Stealth now.) Unfortunately I think he has expensive car taste, just like his papa. How can our stationwagon compare now??
And then we had taken a trip to ToysRUs and discovered that their Little Tikes climbers were 25% off, and they had one left of the climber we have been waiting to get Kade. He is in love with it. Even tho its freezing cold out (notice he's in his winter coat!) we put it together and then he played on it for a short while. It had a rock climbing wall part (as you can see below), a tunnel and two slides, one that converts into steps or a small slide. Underneath is a big fort area, and there's two levels of platforms.
