First Zoo Trip of the Year

Since it was such a beautiful day, we decided to head on down to the Edmonton Zoo, Ivy's first trip of many. Both kids had a wondeful time, Ivy snoozed in the stroller awhile then woke up happy as a clam. Kade raced around as fast as his little legs could go, just happy to be outside after spending a few days in the house due to the colder weather.








After the zoo, we stopped by a little restaurant by us that serves Vietnamese food, and it was really great. Kade absolutely loves the vermicelli noodles and veggies as you can see by the picture below. He also liked the green tea they served as well, a little too much since its caffinated!

We then popped home, threw the kids in the stroller and walked to the bank, at which point Ivy stayed awake to enjoy the ride, and Kade promptly passed out from sheer exhaustion and a full tummy.
