A Birthday Day in The Life of a 2 Year Old Girl

Happy 2nd birthday Ivy Rose! And how does a girl spend her birthday at home sick...

Get up, have breakfast (which appears to get a thumbs up this morning, good thing, she hasn't eaten properly for days with her cold)
Big brother tucking in to his breakfast..
Read some space books on the couch with big brother (we peeked in the living room after breakfast when they were too quiet and found this, talk about freaking CUTE)
Decorate a gingerbread house as our party activity this afternoon....

..sneak icing as often as possible....
..laugh at Kade's maniacal expression....
..go outside for about 2 minutes....come inside and watch Kade from the window..... then ooooh and aaahhh over the "meteorite" that Kade found in the backyard...
..play in their room reading books again.....this is quite the new trend lately...
...get tired from reading and flop.....

..have three bites of spaghetti for supper, then time for cake and singing!


And last but not least, insist on trying on the shirt that Kade "bought" her lol. He thought she would like the horses on it, and of course, she did.
