He almost took out the family with his stick, LOL!
And we made it to the Festival of Lights, right before Ivy got really sick. She wasn't happy to be there at all, she was only happy when we decorated the cookies, and then of course, viewing the pet monkey that people had there as well for the kids to see.

We raced there for when the lights opened, rushed right to the train and were the only ones on that trip! And still Ivy wasn't happy, poor girl. We kinda raced around the display, grabbed a hot chocolate, walked really fast around to see them all, then were outta there. It was really freaking cold this year, the kids had their fleece pjs on underneath their pants lol.
Then we managed to sneak in dinner with Auntie Kandice, Uncle Dan, Violet and Ruby for New Years. Oh. and Baby the dog of course.
The ONLY picture of us. I hate nagging Mike, and when I don't, this is what we get, one measly picture of us and Violet. No one else, no Auntie or Uncle, no Ruby. Sheesh. Guess I will have to hold them to their promise to visit. Soon.
My little sick Rose on the way home...she's so ill. We left her for two hours with my parents last night to visit on New Years and she was still so upset when we go home :( She sure loves her new doll from Auntie et al tho, maybe she can visit next time.
Kade having his sprinkle donut and watching the space documentary that Melissa copied for us, he LOVED them, thanks again M, what a great idea! Even Ivy was transfixed by them.

Happy New Year's to everyone! Hope it was safe, and fun!

Happy New Year to you as well! Hope Ivy gets better soon! Looks like the train at the festival of lights would've been fun. Did you get a new couch?
Uh, not a new couch, a my-dad-wanted-to-get-rid-of-it-and-lucky-us-got-it couch. I don't like the colors at all LOL its the kids couch now.
